The United States release date has been officially confirmed for May 8th, 2020.

With a huge and successful debut at Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, Run Sweetheart Run will also be getting a pre-theater run at SXSW Film Festival in Austin Texas (March 13-22).

In Run Sweetheart Run, a blind date turns violent and the woman has to get home on foot through Los Angeles as she’s pursued by her date.
When Clark Gregg was asked about his role in said film, his response was, "I play a bad white guy" and he went on to compare this feature film to 2017 hit horror film "Get Out"
Run Sweetheart Run is being produced by Blumhouse Productions and is owned by Universal Pictures. Not only is this film of the horror genre, it is rated R for Horror Violence, Bloody Images, Language, Sexual References and brief nudity with an official run time of 93 mins.
