Clark credits many people to helping him get control of his Anxiety. However, this book is what he credits the most. Between the book and the app, he was able to get his Anxiety under control (as well as seeing a doctor).​

I was sitting there in this incredibly beautiful place after working really hard, and I was really excited to be there, but the cicadas were like the soundtrack to a horror movie.
