Run Sweetheart Run to debut at Sundance Festival in 2020

This past Spring we found out Clark Gregg would be a part of a feature film "Run Sweetheart Run". This film is a horror film about a blind date that turns violent and the woman has to get home through Los Angeles with her date in pursuit. Along with Clark, the cast includes Ella Balinksa and Pilou Asbaek. The Director and Screenwriter of the film is Shana Feste and Producers include Jason Blum, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, Aml Ameen, Dayo Okeniyi, Betsy Brandt & Shohreh Aghdashloo.


On Dec 4, 2019, it was announced that this independent horror film will make it's World Premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Salt Lake City, at the Mountain Resort. The dates of the Sundance Festival are January 23-Feb 2, 2020.





Clark has had a long history with the Sundance Festival. Clark made his directorial debut in the 2008 Sundance Film Festival with "Choke", based on the cult Chuck Palahniuk Novel. He has also appeared in Sundance Films "The Adventure of Sebastian Cole", "Lovely and Amazing", as well as "500 Days of Summer".


Clark is well known for many projects in his acting career, however he is most well known for his role as Richard in "New Adventures of Old Christine" as well as playing Agent Phil Coulson in films such as Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor and Avengers. He has also played Agent Phil Coulson in the long standing action Marvel TV Show, "Agents of Shield" which will their Season 7 will premiere in Summer of 2020.


Clark Gregg is also a founding member of the Atlantic Theater Company, he also was a member of the 2011 Sundance Institute Alumni Advisory Board.
