Fans who follow Clark's Instagram may have noticed a story showing this same photo of his car followed by a surfing video on January 12. The story disappeared soon leaving fans puzzled and worried.
10 days later Clark published this photo on Twitter confirming he was in a car accident and that him and his dog "walked away relatively unscathed".
