Clark Gregg is known for many roles over the years. From Calvin Trager in Sports Night, to Michael Casper in The West Wing, all the way to Richard Campbell  in The New Adventures of Old Christine.

He is most notably known as Agent Phillip J Coulson in the Marvel Universe.  This role brought him Saturn Award (2013, Best Supporting Actor in The Avengers).

Clark was Nominated and Won an Award at the Women's Image Network Awards for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series (2006) for New Adventures of Old Christine. 

Clark won a "NBR" Award (National Board of Review, USA) in 2000; Best Acting by an Ensemble ​for "State and Main".

Through the Looking Glasses

Clark Gregg and Jenny Kay Dupuis join together to read an excerpt of "Toto and the Ninja Cat" for Glasses in Classes.  

 

'Glasses in Classes' campaign aims to get sight tests, affordable glasses and other treatments into every school in the world to give children the best start in life.

The Christopher Boy's Communion radio play

Recently, Clark Gregg spoke with Culture Slate about current projects he is working on.  He mentioned recording a radio play for BBC.  

 

The play is David Mamet's The Christopher Boy's Communion.   It headlined by Clark, David Mamet's wife Rebecca Pidgeon, William H. Macy, Fionnula Flanagan and many more.

 

Clark portrayed Alan in the stage production earlier this year.

There Be Monsters

Clark Gregg is set to star alongside Marley Shelton (Rampage), Sahr Ngaujah (Fela!, Patti Cake$), John Boyega (Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker) and Darren Criss (American Crime: The Assassination of Gianni Versace) in a scripted 10 part series called There Be Monsters.

 

This podcast is set to premiere in fall of 2020.

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Clark finished with Marvel's Agents of SHIELD season 7 as Phillip J Coulson in 2020. 

 

The 7th and Final Season aired in the USA on ABC, May 27, 2020, at 10 pm. with the  Series Finale airing August 12, 2020 at 9 pm. eastern.

Run Sweetheart Run

A blind date turns violent and the woman has to get home through Los Angeles with her date in pursuit. The cast includes Clark Gregg, Ella Balinska, Pilou Asbæk. Director and screenwriter - Shana Feste.  Producers include Jason Blum, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, Aml Ameen, Dayo Okeniyi, Betsy Brandt, Shohreh Aghdashloo.  World Premiere - Sundance Film Festival (Park City, Ut) Jan 27, 2020.  Original UK and US release dates were postponed due to COVID-19.  Amazon studios recently aquired the film and a date will soon be released for Amazon Prime.

Moxie

Comedy/Drama/Music.  Currently in post-production.

A Netflix movie, based on a novel by Jennifer Mathieu and directed by Amy Poehler.  

 

Principal photography began in October, 2019.  Clark Gregg joined cast in November, 2019.
